1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment

You can possibly cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at 0211837995

1.2 After Shipment

If your order has shipped and 24 hours have passed, we cannot intercept the shipment, and the order cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item by contacting [email protected]. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure you communicate with us before signing for the delivery. We reserve the right to refuse order cancellation.

1.3 High-Risk Customers

If banks flag customers as “high-risk” due to frequent fraudulent chargebacks, we will cancel such orders.


2. Return Conditions

We generally only accept returns for defective products or errors caused by us.

2.1 Returns Due to Seller’s Fault

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Here’s what to do:

  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Help us inspect the product’s condition by providing pictures, videos, or video calls.
  • Return the item to the address we provide. The item must be in its original packaging and complete condition.
  • To avoid disputes with the courier, please take photos or record a video when repacking the item and send it to us.

2.2 Returns Due to Buyer’s Reasons

We reserve the right to refuse returns for personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction or unmet expectations). If we agree to accept the return, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note:

  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Help us inspect the product’s condition by providing pictures, videos, or video calls.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and complete condition.
  • Please review product specifications carefully before purchasing to avoid return requests due to unmet expectations.

3. Return and Refund Process

Return Request: If your product has an issue, first contact [email protected] for assistance. If it qualifies for a return, contact our customer service team at [email protected] to submit a return request and provide supporting evidence (e.g., proof of purchase, photos, videos).

Return Confirmation: We will review your request and provide a return address if approved. The product must be in its original packaging and complete.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and confirm the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund within 48 hours. The refund will go back to your payment account, and banks typically take 3-10 business days to process it.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Seller’s Fault: If the return is due to a defect or wrong item shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please pay for shipping initially, then provide us with the shipping bill, tracking number, and your PayPal account. We will refund the return shipping fee within 3 business days.

Buyer’s Fault: If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact cost depends on the courier you choose.


5. Lost Packages

If your package is lost (whether delivered or undelivered), please follow these steps:

  • Check your email or contact the local postal service/courier company to confirm the package status.
  • If the package is lost, check with neighbors or family members to see if they signed for it and request video footage from the courier service.
  • If the package isn’t located, you’ll need to help us file a claim with the postal service/transport company. We’ll assist with the necessary information. (For issues caused by the courier, you should file a claim with the courier service directly.)
  • If the package was lost in transit (not marked as delivered), we’ll need 3-7 business days to confirm its status. Once confirmed, you can choose either a replacement or a refund.

6. Special Notes

Limited Edition & Promotional Products: Orders for limited edition items or products purchased under special promotions are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Please carefully review product specifications, model, color, and other details before placing your order. (If there was an error in the plug specification selection, you can contact [email protected] to make modifications.)

Non-Seller Fault: If the return is due to a misunderstanding of product details (e.g., plug type, model), we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive and verify the returned item. The refunded amount will be credited back to your payment account. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing speed, typically 3-10 business days.

If the system or a third party causes order issues, the system will automatically cancel the order and refund the payment. Please check your payment account for any potential security risks.

If an item is returned without prior consultation, we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund.
